1. Shipping Policy 

Processing Time 

  • All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving payment. 

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Domestic Shipping (India) 

  • Standard delivery timeline: 7–10 business days after dispatch. 

  • We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India via trusted logistics partners. 

  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped. 


2. Return Policy
We maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. 

3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following conditions: 

  • You receive a damaged or broken item 

  • You receive an incorrect item 

In such cases: 

  • Attach clear images of the product and the outer packaging. 

  • Once verified, we will offer a full refund or replacement, as per your preference and stock availability. 

Note: 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of approval. 

  • We do not issue refunds for delays in shipping due to courier or external factors beyond our control.  


4. Order Cancellations 

  • Once order is placed, processed or saged, orders cannot be cancelled.
